What forms of payment do you accept?At this time we are accepting cash and e-transfers. We will keep you informed of any other payment options in the near future.

Do you offer a discount for bulk/large orders?Discounts can be offered for bulk/large orders of Wiser Beans chocolates. Please enquire via email with order sizes at info@wiserbeanschocolate.com.

Can I sign up for a subscription to receive your chocolates regularly or not?Weekly/Monthly subscription opportunities are coming soon.

Where do you ship to and how much will that cost?Shipping is available in Canada. The cost is dependent on weight.

Can I choose the courier?We use our local couriers.

I wasn't home when the courier arrived with my package. What do I do now?A notice from the courier should be left as to where to pick up based on location.

What happens if my package is returned to you?The purchase of new shipping cost would be needed to send again.

I did not receive a tracking number, is there a problem with my order?If you did not receive a tracking number within 24 hours of shipping, please email info@wiserbeanschocolate.com.

Am I able to return my package?No, all sales of our Cacao Chocolates and products are final.

What is your cancellation policy?Cancellation before shipping: store credit can be given. After shipping: no refund.
